Arizona green tea with a touch of sourness, a bit of zesty citrus, a nice punch of funk, and a satisfyingly dry finish. Subtle but flavorful. I don’t know much about fireweed, but this is delicious.

Not the juicy & fleshy 🍑 flavor punch you get from other varieties, but the more delicate & floral white 🍑 is nicely complimented by the oak barrel flavors & dryness. Moderate to high acidity. Leans more dry than sweet despite the 🍑. Nose is exquisite.

Saved this one for a few years. Very enjoyable: bubble gum, caramel, cream soda, banana, & notes of a rich savory cream sauce. Only gripe is lack of effervescence/carbonation (perhaps due to age). Otherwise an outstanding local saison!
