Ben Rusch is drinking a Strict Observance by Noble Roots Brewing Company at Bazil's Pub
This one tastes like an American IPA that desperately wants to get into the "Belgian Tripel" industry, but it isn't succeeding at either job.

It has all the signs of a typical cream ale. The gentle introduction of blueberry skins is a welcome feature. (Leaving this one unrated on the app, out of fairness, since I usually dislike cream ales)

Surprisingly complex sour. The beginning of it threatens to overwhelm you with hyperpucker. But the middle is actually tame in the mouth, a salty gose. Then it finishes with a twist of lime. Definitely a hot summertime drink.

Taster
As always, ciderboys makes everything supremely drinkable. This one is quite unlike the others I've jad: minty and lime-y. The melon is on the nose. Still recognizably a cider.
