Buona nota nitida da frutto rosso, rilasciato dalla botte (ciliegia, marasca sotto spirito). Lattico elegante, legno avvertibile, maltato su cioccolato, cacao e nocciola. Corpo un po' scivoloso, ma sorso che scorre abbastanza equilibrato.
