Had a mid-week homebrew session a couple of weeks back… This was the outlier. Trad English stout, had a few similar from NM recently. Smooth, yet roasty, dark malt and coffee flavours. This a touch more sweet than some of the bigger ones.

Still a couple left from my AlgeBrew Brewser Box. Smooth, malty and wheaty Tripel… Not overpowering with Belgian phenols, subtle. Some floral, white pepper, honey and a bit of clove.

One from a week or two ago… a proper robust stout. Had a few of the style recently. Roasty, deep coffee, complex dark malt flavours. The roastiness even seems a little smoky, old school. Smooth still though, a little bit of creaminess to it.

LCI from the other week. Nice Helles, but not the standard of the Dunkel or Weiss… As you’d expect, super clean, sweet, malty.

First of that homebrew night recently. A couple months in the fridge really cleaned this up - Great clarity, super sessionable, soft citrus and floral flavours. One of my best.
