The silliness continues... A hugely complex blend, containing old, old beer. Not an overt sourness but it's DEEP. Adds so much to the flavour. Vibrant sparkling feel. Ripe apple, hay, funky oak. A vague cheesiness. The fresh beer brightening it all. Ooft.
