Share. There's a lot to unpack here! Undoubtedly heavy Brett. Some of the sherry the 2016 has developed. Higher carb, which seems to serve it well. Booze not especially hidden. Bitter finish, which just goes on and on and on...
Share. Drinking insanely well right now. Heavy cherry & almond, zesty lemon and bourbon. Earthy blackberry rising in prominence towards the finish. All coming together to a real cocktail of a flavour. Murky and intense.Earned the Cheers to Independent U.S. Craft Breweries (Level 84) badge!
Share. I will never get over how beautiful Cantillon's beers are. Horse blanket, green apple and oak for days. Drinking really well (semi-)fresh.Earned the Silence of the Lambics (Level 26) badge!
Can't disagree with the description - malt, hops and yeast in brilliant balance. Gentle, building funk and a heady oak influence. Hints of lemony citrus fruit and either rhubarb or something close? Another Mills that's incredibly dry.
