Alex Kumar: Even at $6/oz (I got a 2oz pour), it's borderline worth it tbh

Just outrageously good. It starts off with a huge 'mallow nose and tastes marshmallowy sweet but transitions quickly to barrel-aged oakeyness. Huge semi dark chocolate notes and vanilla too. It doesn't taste boozy at all for 11%. Rich woody finish. BRAVO

This is great for a non-imperial chocolate stout! It's on the roasty side which is nice, but it isn't overly bitter by any means. The vanilla keeps it nicely balanced. Not thin but isn't super full bodied. Long bitter dark chocolate finish. Hits the spot

God damn. One of the most complex beers I've ever had tbh. Massive Amburana notes here which gives it a "spicy wood" flavor profile. Not heat spicy but flavorful spicy. Semisweet chocolate. Toffee. Thick. Low carb. Big oak notes. Boozy at 20%. SO GOOD

Yep this is it. Pack it up boys. Incredibly balanced while packing massive dark chocolate and huge oak notes. Like, giant barrel in this beer. Thick yet not super syrupy. Slightly boozy, but who cares. Loooong woody finish with faint toasted vanilla/cocoa

Really good for the style! Not super heavy. There's plenty of roasty and bitter cocoa/chocolate notes. Those fade to a semi sweet chocolate note by the finish. Vanilla notes. Creamy mouthfeel.
