Tastes exactly like apple pie. This is a great example of cinnamon in a cider done well. The added cinnamon feels natural without competing for attention. Also, they managed to capture the "flakiness" of pie crust which is impressive.

Adam Grieger is drinking a Cosmic Crisp® by 2 Towns Ciderhouse at Untappd at Home

I prefer this to their standard "base" cider. Still bright and slightly acidic, but the Cosmic Crisp makes it sweeter and smoother. I get very slight notes of tropical fruit for some reason. Be careful, the ABV will sneak up on you.

Adam Grieger is drinking a Northwest Raspberry by Washington Gold Cider at Untappd at Home

This won't blow you away, but this is about as good as you can get for a raspberry cider. Raspberry-forward, excellent balance of sweetness and tartness, no weird aftertaste, and it's incredibly smooth and refreshing.

Adam Grieger is drinking a Bourbon Barrel Cherry Cider by Tieton Cider Works at Untappd at Home

I love bourbon and cherry ciders, but this didn't do much for me. The only differences from a straight cherry cider were notes of more dark fruit and brown sugar. However, none of these things made the cherry base that much more enjoyable.
