Andy Aronson is drinking a 3 Fonteinen x Hill Farmstead Resonance Blend 1 by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen at Untappd at Home
Combine two world class breweries you get world class beer. No carb, and the nose is a musty mushroom bomb of umami dried hops. Exquisite green apple acidity, all front of the palate. Getting caramel, white wine, bit of grass. Sure it’ll age well.

Andy Aronson is drinking a 3 Fonteinen Hommage Bio Frambozen (season 17|18) Blend No. 54 by Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen at Untappd at Home
Has aged beautifully despite some evaporation. Nose is clean, like a walk through a cherry orchard. Carb held up, has nice minerality and acid, finishes extremely vinous. I could almost mistake it for a PNW Pinot Noir if I wasn’t thinking about it.

Finding this just okay. Nose is damp and grassy. Tasting lemon, green apple, cantaloupe. Finishes ridiculously acidic, more than you usually get from HF. Pretty big body and has some overlap with Anna which is nice.

Andy Aronson is drinking a Vera Mae (2024) by Hill Farmstead Brewery at Untappd at Home
Fresh cut grass, local honey, white nectarine, bit of brioche. Big acidity, big body, fluffy carbonation. Just that slight hint of funk that keeps each sip unique. That orange peel bitter finish.

Intens indeed. Color speaks for itself, no carb. Really antique feeling. Bit footy on the nose, equal parts juicy, lactic, tannic, and earthy. Not the most balanced thing, quite a slow sipper. But aged well all considered.
