Definitely had the base, and probably the "imperial" version. And the difference between this and jones dog is ... oh. Coffee. And the BA version of this in Heaven Hill has a different label, so unsure the barrels. Anyway. Great coffee. Light BA. Tasty!!

Grilled the dogs & brats for Mother's Day. Would say better weather than some years, although this tends to be a nice weekend. This is thick, overlayered, and sticky if not syrupy. Very grapefruit/mango-y. HB's more-than-IPAs come through again.

Matt Klein: Still somewhat milk stout-y. Big cacao. Components are 1. Coffee. 2. Cocoa nibs. 3. Vanilla. 4. Barrel. 5. Lactose. 6. Sweet malts. Enjoyed this one .... Not typical to have such strong coffee & cocoa nibs in a BA brew. Nicely sweetly bittersweet.
