Zsombor Petho is drinking a Gouden Carolus Classic by Brouwerij Het Anker
Some lactose sweetness (milk coffee) with some spicy and fruity (minimal solvent) character on the nose. Sweet start but dry (alcoholic) finish, creamy mouthfeel, tuned to be popular.

Battle with my homebrewed ones and the Carolus classic. I got the strong walnut character and the marmalade notes in the finish as well, maybe mine lacks the basic belgian baked bread flavour. Really smooth, clean, aged well (8+ years), happy 35!

Hop bomb (resin, pine, floral), very aromatic with assertive bitterness. I still prefer the west coast style.
Zsombor Petho is drinking a Crius by Lidl Belgium at Untappd at Home
Imperial saison, many fermentation byproducts, really spicy, phenolic with blood like/metallic notes. Not in style, but enjoyable.
It is definitely a spicy belgian dark. It has a more pronounced spice character of a Leffe bruin or a Pater from St. Bernardus with medium body and full mouthfeel.
