This is spectacular. Gloopy, sweet. Tiny bits of smoke. Amazing. Lots of deep burnt caramel undertones. The fact that it is not barrel aged plays to its strengths.

Calendar special. Day 5 retro. Tons of biscuit at the end of the mouthful with a sweet vanilla body to carry the taste. A work of art. The chocolate is there but, not the dominant taste profile.
