Limpid, pale amber Sahti. The fragrance offers biscuit, lemon pulp and distant honey. The taste receptors get sweet pale malt, biscuit, vanilla, a small injection of Bourbon barrel, faintly oaky, honey, medium-sweet lemon zest and a pinch of orange peel.
