Traditional Beer Week 2023 @ Pikkulintu Myyrmäki. Self-made Lambic flight. Beer 1/3 is hazy, deep orange. Nose: sour apple mash, dry white wine, fresh apricot and wild yeast. Taste: sour apple juice, dry white wine, apricot, faint orange, wild yeast.

Pours lucid but the ruby tint mesmerizes my vision. Raspberry and blueberry form a mash-like berry cocktail in the scent. The tongue likes the raspberry–blueberry combination. Vanilla is marginal. Lactose follows. The maltbill displays wheat and oat.
