Austin Beerworks by Heisenberg

Trying to get my head around this. The name is the best part. The beer is good, it’s easy to drink and has nice banana note that I usually don’t prefer in hefes. Something’s missing though, and I think it’s the yeast.

Nostalgic return to entee to craft beer. Subtle. Tastey.

Not sure which war was before. If the next, I’m scared. If Franco-Prussian, it aged very well. Spot on for the style.

Good. I’d not have had confidence to call this/my product ’classic’. Barrel taste is nice addition. Cloudy for lager. Palate leaves a lingering viscosity I associate with sweet, but it isn’t sweet, just thick. Mod New Wood Cloud Lager.

Martin House Brewing Company by Best Maid Sour Pickle Beer

This was given to me (thx tko), otherwise I’d likely never have tried it. The taste experience met expectations spot on. Aged it for the ‘right’ occasion—paired with jalapeño sausage and brined olives. It may have been least bad in that context.
