I like this one the best of the six. Balanced and tastes like what you're looking for in a beer. Very balanced malts and hops. One flavor doesn't overpower any other.

Of the flight so far, I think this one has the most character. Lightly sweet balances lightly bitter. Balanced finish.

Not bad, but a little bit 'one note.' Definitely taste the sage. It is very balanced throughout. But that's about all I taste. So on the one hand, I ordered a sage beer and I get a nice note of sage. On the other, I don't see this one developing more.
