On tap or in the bottle, this ones fun. Slightly vegetal, you do taste the beets. Still, it’s on the dry side and tart. Very non-beet. I love it.

This is right up there with the best Jester King and Sante Adarius foudre-aged Saisons. Super light body, nice blend of tart and funk. This is the brown bottle version. Waiting a bit longer on the green bottle to see what flavors develop. Delicious!

Like a funky, tart, wild ale with a good amount of Nelson hops, but also like a good dry German wine. You definitely get the Gewurztraminer flavor. Pretty epic!

My favorite is back, now with a timely Mexican cemetery label. Sweet, creamy, mild milk chocolate flavor followed closely by cinnamon. Delicious.
