樽の要素が強く初めにライウイスキーのスパイシー感、焦げたオークのバニラやキャラメルが主張します。その後にお馴染みの杏子やベリーの果実味が顔を覗かせるイメージ。液質は綺麗で粘性も中程度ながらモルト味は非常に豊か。ですが甘味穏やかにライやローストの酸味、僅かな醤油や苦味もしっかりとあるいつものアサシンフレーバーに着地します。少しアルコール感がありますが液温が上がると落ち着き、アロマ・フレーバー共に複雑さが増していきます。素晴らしい味わいでした。
