Effervescente et sèches, ça me rappelle un dry stout. Un petit côté légèrement sucré en finale. On goûte aussi le côté céréales grillées, légèrement caféiné. On ne sent pas du tout son 8% d’alcool. La barrique de chêne se fait bien sentir en bouche.
