Not a personal favorite. Too sweet, with a Pilsner-like sharpness. Aroma and bitterness are both lost behind the way too sweet maltiness, it’s like adding sugar to a pint of a mediocre ipa.

A beautiful showcasing of Sabro. Amarillo acts only as a bittering hop, so it’s as close to single hop as one can be without being a single hop. Good balance, hoppy without being too bitter and the aroma of sabro really comes through.
