Hoping for a Houston surprise. Tobacco and cocoa, no real sweetness, refreshing bitterness and malty warmth. Best so far today.

Pretty mild sour, get pineapple and mango, faint but late. Fair, but not my kind of sour. Also picks up a faint, almost artificial sweetener note at the end.

Vanilla is mild, string mocha and toasted malt. Delicious
Much milder than expected, toasted bread, light mocha, molasses and fruity sweetness in the finish. Fonio is an unusual ingredient, not sure I love it.
