Low expectations, but enjoying this one. Very light cooking spice & clove, caramel malt, brown bread. Tiny bit of seaweed, faint burnt toast, but otherwise I'm actually happy with a winter warmer.

Big, marshmallow and coffee, mocha, roasted malt. Heavy, sweet, dark. Again, too sweet, lacks the barrel notes I'm looking for. Some seaweed in the finish. Ok, slightly cloying texture, not as toasted or dark as I'd like.

Very tropical, pineapple and orange, hazy feel, over sweet though. Needs balance though. Just hits the pineapple and hoppy haze note but doesn't really progress. Ok.

So it's... odd. Lemon is sweet and there's a graham cracker note that puts this in overly sweet dessert category. No sour balance, no hop, might as well be a seltzer.

Tastes like a lemon shandy with all the extra lemon. Hop is unpleasantly sharp over a bitter lemon base. This is an odd one, usually I can imagine a hot day where a beer would shine, but no, not this one.
