We are celebrating our daughter's birthday at a restaurant on top of Reunion Tower here in Dallas. I am drinking half-life. The flavor is citrus and tropical fruit, orange, mango, grapefruit, and there is modest grassy bitterness at the end.

Atrial Rubicite has a big and thick tart and sweet raspberry flavor, like tart raspberry jam, and there's a long oaky and fruity aftertaste. It is full bodied. It is delicious and my wife and daughter loves it as well.
