Damian is drinking a Pilgrim's Dole by New Holland Brewing on Untappd

Just a spectacular deep red colour. Sweet, rich and warming. Caramelised figs, sultanas and pecans wash around the mouth. No bitterness but slightly drying finish. Mouthfeel is huge...as it should be, with 50% of the grain bill being wheat. Nice stuff.
