Repeat Offender Dry Cider 2015

Deceivingly sweet marshmallow nose. Instant astringency, high acid, high tannin, and not a hint of sweetness. Like taking a bite out of a slightly underripe Ballarat. A slight hint of funk on the end with some barrel notes. Too dry and unbalanced for me.
