Always great to have some Fantôme. A pleasant Saison w/ flavors of citrus, grains of paradise, earth, coriander, and barnyard funk. Got some honey from the malts to give it a nice touch of sweetness. Very light and effervescent mouthfeel.

Very expressive, yet nuanced Vienna. I’m used to Viennas having a more malt forward flavor to them. You get malt with a complex profile while the hops gives a floral, perfume, and slight grass flavors. Clean yet you get every component. Slight diacetyl.

Had lots of dark fruit, some caramel, hints of dark chocolate and the cherry started shining through as it opened up. Had nice roasty notes with a pleasant body and decent carb. Dark saisons are under-appreciated so it was a nice change of pace.Great brew

Mario Fimbres is drinking a Baza Bonne Bouche (Purple Label) by Horus Aged Ales
Horus does it again, a very nicely balanced stout. The graham cracker and mixed nuts give a nice contrast between sweet and salty while the marshmallow gives it a creamy mouthfeel. Coffee stands out more than the chocolate, has kind of a bruleé taste.

Loved this beer, the age mellowed out the cherry, but gave it a nice nutmeg and cinnamon character. Reminiscent of a cherry fruit tart or a pie. Jammy, tart, earthy, and funk with a soft mouthfeel. Paired very well with a homemade cheesecake. Thanks Som!
