Gareth Watkins is drinking a Craft - Organic Medium Cider by Dunkertons
Fairly smooth but with good deep tannins and a refreshing zing of acidity to balance it. A wonderful orange hue, too. Very quaffable. B.i.B

‘Wild fermented fresh juice cider. Dry cider. Still & cloudy, with a hit of fresh apple & classic bittersweet backbone.’ Can’t disagree with any of this, apart from the sweetening of it, lifting it to med-dry (imho), for a classic Somerset cider. B.i.B.

Earthy, smells herbal, almost celery/coriander leaf. Sweet but not cloying. Slight spiritus notes. Orchard dank in Autumn are there, if light, but definitely present. V. pleasing to see on draft. REALLY is a revelation! #mustbethekeeve

Crushable, smashable, drinkable. Call it what you want. It’s quality juicy, tropical, pineapple blast! Like a boozy fresh pressed apple juice. #cloudy

A bit insipid and thin, even for an ‘Eastern Style’ cider. A slight peariness about it. Taste is subjective, but I crave TANNINS!!! Wagamama’s with my daughter, a while back.
