Sweet malty, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon aroma. Strong chocolate roasted malt, vanilla and coffee. Leaves a sweet, nutty aftertaste, likely from the carob powder. Enjoyable, but definitely not as good as many of the other beast mode beers.
