Austin Pietrak is drinking a Symbology: Fafanto by Conclave Brewing at Untappd at Home
Dirtier and a tad tart and sharp. Green and intense! Nice mixture of some berry diesel (like Galaxy or other fruity dank hop). Still has that classic symbology funk and rich NZ finish. Really excited to see this in a week or so in cans… 4.5/4.6 now!

Austin Pietrak is drinking a Palm Shadow by Civil Society Brewing
Tad soapy but nice balance of not-too-sweet fruit and a bitter drying finish. Nice body as well. Tastes a little aged, sharp and caramel finish. Clean though and easy-drinking, no booze. Just feel like hops didnt age so well. Some died, some shifted.
Austin Pietrak is drinking a Rendered Obsolete by Troon Brewing at Pietrak’s Beertopia
Harsher and less balanced compared to usual Troon. This has a heavy Galaxy / berry intensity to it… that doesn’t settle well throughout the crowler. Pour bottom 10/20% and don’t drink. Too powdery and chalky. Spicy OJ and chalky tropical dank peppery gas.
Austin Pietrak is drinking a Feeding On Carrion by Troon Brewing at Brick Farm Tavern
Honey is there but not overwhelming. Needed to warm a bit first on draft for sugar to come out. Pretty boozy and green, needs a few weeks in crowler. Still a fun concoction. Wonder how sweet this gets over time… clean backend! Not too thick. Balanced 4.4
Nice complexity in terms of hops with a relatively buttery and clean finish. Not too dirty. Mixture of melon and some lemony zest, with also a little burn on tongue and slight pineapple bubblegum tartness. Little funky with cascade, makes beer less full.
