Alex temple is drinking a Madness & Civilization Blend 16 by Hill Farmstead Brewery
Whoa. Surprisingly heavy adjunct for Hill. More vanilla than I was expecting and strong fudge and viscosity. Coffee add another nice element on top. Could be competing with MC10 for one of the best blends. Better than MC9, the last vanilla variant.
