Juicy, yes. Zesty grapefruit peel, lemon zest, and creamy mango notes - crystal clear. But this lacks the cojones of the legendary Headrooms of yesteryear and it’s truly sad. There’s an amplified malt sweetness, and subtle hop burn. Zero hop saturation.

This is arguably my favorite of the day & a .25✊ on draft. Insanely balanced - fresh fleshy peach & crispy citrus abound. The TH yeast profile is insane in the membrane w/ a mouthwatering creamy mouthfeel and delicious chewy hops to close.

Had to try some funk from the Stonington Farm. Crisp pink lemonade - tangy sumac, oak, Marquette grape must, notes of stonefruit over delicate bready malt & brilliant floral bitters. The barnyard funk is absolutely splendid on this brew
