Steve is drinking a SIPA V2.5 by Vault City Brewing on Untappd

Mandarin on the nose. Pours thickly but highly effervescent. Soft, light in the mouth. Not overly thick or strong on flavour. Not highly sour. Lots of “nots” turns into a pleasant but unexceptional beer. Inoffensive.
