Leadoff in flight is a blend of 9, 12, and 24-month old barrel-aged Winter Ales. There’s bourbon, oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and coffee notes. Each barrel contributes a different nuance. Wow. Columbus, Willamette, and US Goldings hops.

Last one; fourth in flight. Pleasant malty aroma and taste. The flavor is big like darker bocks. Nice dry crispness.

Third one; quite sweet. Sharp aromatics of stone fruit followed by oak and honey. Acidity from nectarines/apricots, softened by the honey. Mellow tannins of toasted French Oak too.
An old favorite, Perpetual Sounds, with the DDH treatment. Fruity blueberry-focused Mosaic, plus peachy-grapefruit forward Amarillo. End result is pretty sweet.
