Very nice. Lemon/orange peel/coriander/lavender/rosemary/mint/pear/redapple/peppercorn/clove/wheat/cracker/bread/herbal/floral/grass/yeast earth. Fairly bitter/spicy. Bready/grainy/sticky lt-med body. Crisp/drying, pretty refreshing. Spot on style.
