Sweet bourbon nose; full body; lots of vanilla, good amount of bourbon, some coconut. It's a bit muddied though. Each adjunct just kind of blends together and doesn't stand out.

Kettle sour plum nose; medium body; not too sour at all, bright, fresh plum. Really nice on a warm day.

Strong kettle sour & peach nose; medium body; lots of peach. Particularly strong peach at first and then it mellows a bit.

Ancho fig & oxidized stout nose; medium-light body; the ancho isn't very hot at all, but gives a good chili character that does play nicely with the fig. It's a bit oxidized right now though, so drink soon.
