Bottled nearly 2 years ago. Pours clear now. Juniper leads but is tempered and nicely integrated. Sweet, malty & a bit bready. Fruit notes are less prominent and are blended with the juniper. I’m surprised how well this raw ale has aged. #TipsyThursday
