2010 production. Deliciously tart but not excessively so. A lot like a tart, fermented apple cider. Very refreshing. This was in my brothers cellar which has been passed to me, and he has two sets of the whole series. Looking forward to trying the other 3

Dangerously smooth. Nice barrel notes, some umami. Warming alcohol. Have 3 more to cellar so we’ll see how well it holds up.
