Simcoe single hop, trip hazy apparently. Just a slight bite in the back. Tastes better at the beginning. Then you get a little bite in the back that gets a little more harsh as you go. Could be better balanced.

The lost barrel series has included some wonderful imperial stouts over the years.This one is rather disappointing. It doesn't have that pronounced bourbon barrel character that I'm really missing. It's lost its soul. The Beer Farm is losing its religion.
