Evan C: -crèma cutting through a scandinavian roast profile moccachino & ever present formulaic whole raisins soaked in a medley of bourbon staves(?!). Frankly bizarre. Whatever bourbon barrels were used here are not the norm.
Evan C: -tobacco, chewy dark chocolate licorice bullets & blackberry focused v60 clarity cut with soft smoked malt sweetness. As a self certified weird coffee person, this is extremely impressive coffee expression for a beer.
