Simeon is drinking a Deadhorse Scottish Hell by Brash Brewing Company on Untappd

Has aged well, very sweet, dark fruit for days, before this mellow slightly smoke back end with a bit of barrel. Didn’t mean to age this but what can you do. Definitely got some paper, tinge of sherry
