71. That’s just a damn good beer. It looks beautiful, clear, brilliant reddish copper color, thick head, rich mouthfeel, clean finish, floral hoppiness. Just great beer. Craft pantheon w/Boston Lager, Brooklyn Lager, Sierra Nevada, and the old Fat Tire.

Kelvin is drinking a Pils by Columbus Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
70. Crazy to me that CBC makes three lighter lagers. I liked this one best in a flight, and I really like it now. Crisp pils malt, floral noble hops, light lemon peel, slightly astringent. Not as light as it lets on. Lingering hoppiness. Like Prima.

Kelvin is drinking a Boont Amber Ale by Anderson Valley Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
69. A classic American amber ale. Sweet, malty, citrusy, floral. A delight to drink. A little less so at a year old, but not by too much. Beers like this are unfussy, but loaded with nuance and subtlety. A relic of a more civilized age.

72. Summer hath begun! Less head retention. Green noble hop character stands out more.
