Sarà la temperatura esterna, sarà la temperatura della birra, sarà la sete, sarò io, comunque oggi l’ho apprezzata di più. La trovo sempre floreale ma meno “gentile”, più diretta, hoppy, erbacea, amara. Una buona Pils, insomma. Alzo il rating.
