DIPA straordinariamente equilibrata, con corpo per niente gonfio ma gradevole, note di agrumi vari, anche in scorze, frutta gialla, resine. Secca, non dolce, non amara, con l’alcol (8,2%) che si percepisce solo quando è ormai tardi… e vabbè. Ottima, 4,10.
