That’s literally pulp smoothie in the glass! You could stick the spoon in the middle & it would stand 🫣 Fairly sweet but also harmonious when tartness kicks in; chewy texture, unripe pineapple, berry tannins & seeds, lemon juice, vanilla, cranberries..
