Pretty color. It’s got that dankness to it that only burial seems to have somehow. Feel like I’d pass a blind taste test on a hazy being from there or not. It’s clean, citrusy. And you can tell it’s got some booze behind it. Favorite brewery for me.

Getting too much lime and pear in this one along side the typical citrus haze. I’ve also never had dolcita hops in my life that I know of. It’s really not my favorite. When compared side by side with a lot of other Xul IPAs, they just hit harder for me.

It’s a thicc boi. Boozy. Chilies hitting but gonna hit tomorrow more na sayin’? Good beer to share with a pal. So rich to drink one solo. The chilies are weird. It almost is peppery moreso than chili spice. Makes me go “ghahh.” Good stuff.

Seems a bit tamer than a lot of other doubles I’ve had from Xul. It’s still boozy on the back end but doesn’t have a lot of bite I normally seek in a DIPA. Probably because it’s well done… Been playing with peacharine a lot lately. Worth a pickup and try.

Such rich dark chocolate with coffee as a secondary / follow up. Lots of molasses and caramel. Good stout. Usually like thicker ones but for this one being thinner, it’s still good. Super super malty too. It’s a good one. More breakfast stout than dessert
