Mooi concept: zo min mogelijk verspilling. Oud brood is hier gebruikt, en rozenbottel coulis. Extreem veel schuim (hergisting op fles iets doorgeschoten?) en een wat onbestemde smaak. Een mooi concept dat qua bier nog wel wat ontwikkeling nodig heeft.
