Rettile: I also wanna add the fact that there's a complex spicy note that reminds me of "pisto napoletano" a mix of spices used in sweet pastries and also a sweet vanilla bready and buttery note that reminds me of the italian "panettone"

Complex, hard to describe. It has woody notes with a small hint of funky, plus notes of honey. Fruity part that reminds of candied orange, ripe apricot and prunes. Fortified wine note (like marsala). Hints of spices, especially clove, and bitter nuts.

Mostly Pear with light notes of sweet white flower and honey, plus a vague hint of honeydew melon. Not particularly complex but VERY EASY to drink. Quite sweet but with a nice light sour (also notable on the nosw) at the end to balance it. 🍐

Funky (like salami peel), elegant fruity aromas: overripe bitter orange, ripe nectarine, ripe apricot, ripe golden apple, subtle pineapple. Vinous. Old wood. Smooth and very dry. The acidic part is well integrated. Incredible. 2020 Bottle.

... Another Masterpiece. This is wonderful, with this vast malt flavours ranging from caramel to coffee, dried fruits, cherry/prunes under alcohol, distilled wine. A beautiful spicy-woody note. Perfect balance between sweetness and astringent woody note.

Great weiss, among the best I've drank. Great balance between the ripe banana and the clove, without leaning too much on either. Nice toasted bread crust touch. Smooth but light, that may seem bad but i like it for this style, makes it more easy to drink.
