Finally opened some of my Belgian yeast samples. 3 dry Saison yeast here + 1 old sample of a liquid yeast which unfortunately had leaky cap & didn’t hold pressure. The Lallemand Farmhouse hits the marks for me. BE134 & Belle match as expected, but meh
