Smooth and frothy. Chocolate, coffee, and boozy nose, taste follows. Sweet chocolate; sweeter than previous IMO but not cloying. Very mild bitterness on the finish. 🍻1️⃣❤️🌎☮️

So I had one yesterday that I agitated pretty good and at times it was mixed flavors of fresh and older shelf stock. Right now I just opened one that I didn’t roll and I gotta say it’s much better unmolested. Fresh hops, strawberries, & vanilla🍻1️⃣❤️🌎☮️

Slight funk midway, acidic, mildly sweet, and very tart. Lots of stone fruit going on. Never heard of a Pluot, but I like them. I’m getting some sweet apricot, plum, and nectarines. Tasty start to finish with grainy cereal notes on the finish. 🍻1️⃣❤️🌎☮️

2017 - First and last time I had this vintage was on tap on 4-18-18 so I wouldn’t have to open this. Great carbonation for a 4 years young bottle. Smooth, thin feel. Still getting some boozy, honey, toffees, barrel, and mild hoppy bitterness. 🍻1️⃣❤️🌎☮️

So smooth! Lots of barrel in this one. A bit boozy still. Nice smoky, caramel, and chocolate malts. Some sweet raisin and dark fruit notes. Ever regret opening something. Well not me, not today. 23 years ago my wife went into labor with our 2nd🍻1️⃣❤️🌎☮️
