Had two years ago, rated as so-so. Palate must have developed. Using that awful Aussie Galaxy hop (citrus but dank) but rounding it with citrussy Riwaka, and tangerine sweetness of Mosaic. Now seems like genius!? Called "Detroit" but not a US hop in sight

A potpourri of hops here. Also added "Phantasm" powder, derived from Marl Sav Blanc grapes. Like a super concentrated Nelson Sauvin hop. Its super tropical, a hefty malt, high ABV, but quite dank with a hoppy finish. Big effort. Big beer. But it's a hazy

Stonefruit, a dose of sweaty socks, and some Sauvin grapey sweetness, making it a tad sweet, but I am being picky! Great beer. Great accompaniment to salty edamame beans

Fruity, grassy, floral, earthy and... bubblegum! All from one hop - one of my favourites - Mosaic. If I had to go into an apocolypse shelter and could take two hops, it would be this one and Motueka.
