Preen is drinking a Sofie by Goose Island Beer Co. on Untappd

Always one of the best beers on any menu it occupies. Inviting aroma, beer begins with pepper followed by perfect saison bitterness/carb that rides for a few seconds, ending with gentle citrus peel sweetness. This seems very fresh.
